AGREEMENT OF LEASE

Made and entered into by and between:

Papavangelo Trading 235 (Pty)Ltd

(Reg. No:  2003/025421/07)

T/A  RUSTENBURG STORAGE 4 U

[Represented by NL Claassen duly authorized thereto]

(Hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR”)

and

_____________________________________________________________________

(Hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE”)

The LESSOR hereby leases the Storage Unit to the LESSEE, which hires the  
            same from the LESSOR on the terms and conditions set out in this Lease 
            Agreement.

1. THE LEASED PREMISES:

Storage Unit No: __________ type ____, situated on Remaining Extent, 
            Portion 1 of Holding 31, Waterval, Rustenburg.

2. THE COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF THE LEASE:

This lease agreement shall commence on the _______ day of 
            ______________ 2012 and shall continue, for a minimal period of three(3) 
            calendar months, until the _______ day of _____________ 20____ on which 
            date it shall terminate. The Lessee will have the option to extent the lease 
            period for another minimal period of three(3) months by giving the Lessor 
            notice of his/her intention to do so at least thirty(30) days prior to the 
            termination date.

3. RENTAL:

The rental payable by the LESSEE hereunder for the hire of the premises shall 
            be  R_______________    (  ___________________________________  Rand) 
            per month plus VAT.

4. SIGNATURE AND SURETY

On signature this document constitutes a formal and written agreement of 
            lease between RUSTENBURG STORAGE 4 U (“the Lessor”) and the Lessee. 
            By his/her signature, the Lessee acknowledges the suitability of the unit and 
            accepts that he/she is bound by the Terms and Conditions printed on the page 
            attached hereto and signed by both parties and confirms the information on 
            the attached Information Sheet both of which shall form an integral part of this 
            agreement.

Should the Lessee be a company, trust, close corporation or any other 
            legal entity the person signing this lease agreement bind 
            himself/herself as co-principal debtor and surety in solidum with the 
            Lessee for any amount due by the Lessee to the Lessor arising from  
            this lease agreement.
